The customer service is horrible.They are extremely rude. I had a loan to build my credit and it was great at first. The company cancelled auto draft without telling me, called my job about it and told them I had a loan,(unprofessional) and when I called to see what was going on because obviously I wasn't aware, she stated "you can make a payment today. I know you checked your account and seen it hasn't been taken out and I know teachers got paid today, all other teachers got paid and made payments." I had no problem paying it but not with this kind of service, especially when your company decided to no longer do auto pay anymore with their loans without notice; moreover now you have an attitude and telling me about my job and how i get paid. This company will not get a dime today or tomorrow for that service and so she said she will just send it to legal. I will pay legal thanks!

Fill out app online, they don't call you. You call and ask if they received it, they look it up and say they will call you back. They don't call you back so you call them again. Very rude and the customer service is non existing. My services will be elsewhere.
