Go check out Kenneth Fosuhene the Sr. Personal Loan Specialist, he treats everyone like family and knows what he Is talking about. What a great place to get a loan. Rates are a bit high but It's really good and mostly helpful for people needing some quick cash, paying down som credit cards, or Just needing a loan for a boast on your credit score.

This was my first time applying for a loan and the worst experience I have ever had. I was led to believe that I was eligible for a loan & I was told that I would be contacted to schedule a time that I could come in to their office to confirm everything. The representatives communication was very poor. (None of my phone-calls were returned) Instead of informing me that I was not approved for the loan they just completely stopped communicating with me...Not professional at all. I would NOT recommend this loan services to anyone!!!

The best place to go for loan. They are very nice and welcoming with very good customer service especially their branch manager . She treated me with much respect and care, worked with me all through the way. She is not just a manager but a mother. I can't stop appreciating you. Thanks a lot.

I went here because they have an option for Credit Card Consolidation and they did not gave me the consolidation loan because I have a credit card debt less than $10,000. The representative on site did not made sence on his statement and did not even explained further reason why. FYI, I have never miss a payment in my life and I have good credit score. Representatives was terrebly not informative, rude. I don't recommend this OneMain Financial for Credit Card consolidation to anyone as per my own experience.

The loan process was quick and easy! The customer service was EXCELLENT also! I will definitely use One Main Financial again in the future!!
