I’ve been to a title place company before and had a very bad experience with them . I was hesitant to do it again, even tho it was a different company all together but from the time I walked in the door the ladies in there made me feel comfortable. Mrs. Anna , I think that’s her name that helped me from day 1, explained everything so clear and even called me to remind me of my first payment. I have to stay I’ve been very satisfied to deal with this location on S Cobb Dr. Super staff there will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

When you walk in the Ms Anan and Haley don’t just treat you as a Customer but they treat you with respect and they make you feel that what ever you’re going through will get better. And they make you feel better about your Situation. I almost sold my car and I’m happy that Atlanta title loan has help me get my things back on track.

Lashawn was excellent!!! Customer service went above and beyond due it being my first title loan. She even gave me a few days to think about my decision. Long story short I received my loan and it matched my asking price not a cent less! I will be doing business again in the future for sure!
