Just wanted say thank you to all the wonderful ladies at first Franklin in Rome Ga ., especially Wanda . She and I have been through some hard times together but we got through it . This is by far the best finance company I’ve ever worked with . This group
Of ladies need to run a cooperate bank. There positive attitudes make you wanna keep coming back . No matter if it’s on the phone with them or in the office ( which is absolutely hilarious ) being in there because there isn’t a dull moment because these ladies have fun doing what they do and working together . Great employees these days are hard to find but great leadership

Very unprofessional. The manager there allows her staff to talk to customers rude and disrespectful, as she does herself. They will work with you on payments but that doesn’t change the fact that if someone is late they should be yelled at. The staff needs to be more professional when it comes to handling accounts.

I applied for a loan on Monday July 17th via the website. The prompt said that I should have heard back by Wednesday, July 19th but that didn’t happen. I called today (July 20th) to inquire about my application. The representative seemed to have no knowledge of my application. She did acknowledge that they were short staffed, which I understand. She said she would call me back in 15 minutes, so I waited. No call back. I followed up an hour later, just for the representative to say that “I wouldn’t be able to do it and that I can apply again in a few months.” She was very short, no information was provided to me at all about why I wasn’t approved. I felt very dismissed as a potential customer. I know that I meet the requirements for funding, so I’m extremely lost as to why I was denied. This experience was very disappointing.

I have a close death in the family and Shannon told me they can't do anything to wait for the payment. They are unwilling to help during family emergencies.
