Very shady towards the end. I initially opened 2 loans with this office. Casey, the manager, was always very nice. I have never once paid a payment late. I usually paid before the due date. On 10/25/2021 I called and asked Casey about a payoff for both my loans so I could get a certified check from my bank. She advised me that the pay off on my Security Finance app would be accurate up until my due date of both loans which would be 11/21/2021. As of 10/25/2021 loan #96600 had a pay off amount of $809.69 and loan #96599 had a pay off amount of $877.93. My credit union cut a certified check for $1,687.62 cents and mailed it on 10/26/2021. I got curious and looked on my app and my pay offs on both loans jumped almost $100 overnight. I still have screen shots from 10/25/2022 and 10/27/2021 showing the shady increase. I have a phone meeting with the regional manager on 10/29/2021 and I’m hoping they do the right thing and resolve it. Because I won’t be paying anything extra. I did my part. This is on them. All Casey was worried about was losing her job. Her exact words were “I can’t do anything about it. I’ll lose my job.”

I love going in to security finance they are always so nice and friendly to me they help me beyond help when I needed it most I would definitely refer them to anyone

Great, they are very nice, and most important, the loans are easy to pay back, and insured. Out of work for surgery, I was able to rest without worry over my loan, it was taken care of. Great team at this location.

Very rude customer service! Would not work with me after I had an accident and had to have surgery and was unable to work.. Very unprofessional and would not recommend! Plus interest rates extremely high
