Miss the previous manager named Lynn who I am told is at another location with the company now. I have had really good interaction though with the manager now named Raina and she promptly called me about issues I had been having with one of the reps in the Rome office. I have been dealing with her and she has good customer service skills and is very understanding and compassionate when speaking with me about my account that I have had with this company for years. I appreciate the assistance Republic has given me over these past few years and only have a few months left until final payoff.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years paid off almost 15k on my first loan i have with them. I had never went over 30 days on my loan. I went through a financial sutuation last month i paid my bill on the 2nd of next month. I understand i went over the 30 days they reported to my credit on the 1st that i went over 31 days past due. I was in process of buying a house and because of that negative score with them the doors to buy my house shut down in one day. It took me a year to get my credit ready to buy the house. I called corporate and the branch in ROME and they won’t do anything to help me take that negative score off my credit. I know they can do something about it i did a lot of searching and ask around . I work in retail and credit and we can help out specially someone that has never been 30 days. I think the branch was just upset because i broke a promise and didn’t pay within a month. But the principle of been a great customer is what it should of matter at this point. But they careless they want your interest money and payment on time or else they will report to your credit. Be careful people!! No one will help up in any way because it was your fault not there’s.

Never had problems till last year. When the guy came so many different reasons not to help. Three loans with them. All paid early. He comes. Too early to do it. Go back. Credit went down. Hadnt took out anything late nada. Asked today. Not time yet. Hes a complete jerk!

Havnt had any issues with them my husband has had numerous loans with them also. As long as you are on time or communicate with them if something happens then everything is good.

People there are friendly. Never had a problem with anyone there. Been doing business with them for 6-7 years. Would recommend them highly to all my friends.
