Wouldnt even let me call my payroll dept first to find out why there was a discrepancy on my paystub before denying and saying there isnt anything he can do. Called my payroll anyways and it was bc I had one physical check before i got on direct deposit, which was something simple to explain.

HORRIBLE!!! DM it’s the worse person I’ve dealt with, been doing business with them for many years and this last time I was treated unethical..NEVER returned my calls, LIED TO ME. Spoke to the DM she was Rude!!! Wouldn’t work a pay off agreement after I paid over 6k in interest.. gave $100 dollars off the loan really??? Wouldn’t reversed my payment that I had paid days before to decrease my pay off..HORRIBLE!! Will not recommend this branch to anyone.. interest are high, don’t matter if you are loyal or how lol you been in business with them you aren’t NO ONE WHEN YOU NEED HELP!!

The people are nice enough but the lending practices are predatory. I've made $2000 in payments and reduced the principal by only $600. I will never pay this off. And they're constantly trying to get me to take out even more loans.
