I worked with Ms. Brittany in the Savannah office and without her assistance I would have passed on this opportunity. Her making sure I had everything I needed to get the process going was so helpful. She was accommodating and even made sure she was available to help me close during a crazy work schedule mixup I had going on. She walked me through all the steps and made sure I understood everything I signed. WOWED!!!! Is the first word I thought of when thinking of my experience with One Main Financial. Brittany was extremely knowledgeable and held my hand throughout the process answering all my questions and also the ones I couldn’t articulate. I went into this thinking I wasn’t going to be approved but Brittany worked to get me a great deal with approval. Brittany’s cyst service was of extreme Greatness you definitely have a keeper with her.

I waited 3 weeks to hear back from a representative, until you guys sent me a letter in the mail. Now I’m not sure why that couldn’t be done with a simple phone call, but I’m very disappointed with one main and would not recommend them to anyone.
