worst loan company i have ever deal with,no personality, no customer call back, when i walk in the office no welcome just ken i help you no introduction of company or name. office is not professional, no interest to writing loans, don't care attitude, just not professional no job knowledge. office people needs some professionalism. lack skills in dealing with customer. Applied for a loan by phone. Called back to get the status of the application, I was told someone would call me back. That was over a year ago and I am still waiting for that call.
