Over the phone everyone (except 1 lady, can't remember her name) have bad attitudes. They cut you off in the midst of asking questions, very nonchalant....I've had 2 good experiences in 8 months.

I've been dealing with this finance company since December 2022. Every single time I call anyone I speak too is always so sweet, kind, and understanding. Every. Single. Time. I've been through a lot in these past few months and they have worked with me in every single awful thing that has happened, on top of just giving me words of encouragement. Thank you guys for this!!!

They unprofessional 0/10 fire the whole staff everybody got a nasty attitude that work there !!
