I am a dealer and Jeff is rude to work with for financing. One of the most unprofessional & unpleasant companies I have ever worked with as a finance manager. I have never had such a hard time making someone else money! I would not recommend dealing with them if you have another route to go.

I wish I could give not one single star. They are very rude and childish. They block your payments online if you don’t answer their harassing phone calls which start before your payment is even due. They will even spam call you to get you to answer the phone. No matter if you’re working, at a funeral, hospital, doesn’t matter. Greg and Jackie are the worse and are always snarky. Also will threaten to repo your vehicle.

Once again with Gregg and his nasty attitude. They claim he doesn't have anyone over him,but I'm sure he does. He is the nastiest person ever and acts like he's angry with the world. He needs to be fired immediately.

We have been with Road Auto since November 2019. My husband and I have had a great experience all the way through. We've had 100% on time payments the past three yrs, If we had issue Ms.Sharon and Ms.Dorsey always handled them fast and efficiently. We just paid off my car on March 4 2022, a yr and eight mths early. I truly thank them for financing my car, the previous finance company approved me allowed me to leave the lot (with a different car) then two weeks later stated they couldn't finalize the financing for my car. Took the car back to the dealer she put me in the camry I originally went to look at while waiting for Road Auto to complete my financing. I will definitely recommend them if someone is in need. My only discourage is that after being a customer for so long, with a great payment history, I was hoping they would accept a lower payoff then the remainder balance. I'm just glad that it's officially mine. Overall great experience, I do not plan to finance another car, but if I do they may be a consideration.

These people have worked for me I can't really complain they've worked with me when I needed them to and I'll make my last payment next week. But I am in the market for a new vehicle and I do plan to use them for my next purchase I like dealing with them had no major problems to speak of the only annoying thing would be the pestering phone reminders when you miss your due date but you have a ten day grace period which is very helpful but when you call and let them know you will pay on a certain date they will stop

Never again!!!! I have gotten my account down were I only owe around 1100. Haven’t received a receipt since June. And now they’re trying to tell me I still owe almost 3 thousand and some change when my last receipt says other wise. So I asked for a receipt they send me a copy of my contract and payment history. And was told they no longer give out receipts but I’m supposed to take your word. No ma’am just like you sent the information that I didn’t ask for you can send me a receipt. Didn’t get receipt nor have I heard from them today. Please seek legal help dealing with these people. I need my receipts with the correct balance!!

I have car financed through them, paid all my payments mostly on time or called when I would be late. Transmission went out on the car 7 months before having it paid off. Asked if they could work with me so I could get car fixed ($4,000 to fix) Sharon Winters said yes, send proof of car being torn up. Emailed them wrecker service receipt and notice from shop of it being dropped by wrecker. Next thing I’m getting calls from collections department and legal department. Told them to use the GPS system I was informed had to be placed on vehicle from the lot I purchased car from to find it since they want to be this way. Then was told car doesn’t have GPS so I had extra financing for them saying GPS was installed. Poor company to deal with.

This clowns say they have an insurance department.. but they all work of the same trailer....worst company or mafia....all they do is take advantage of people....payments are like 10% your payment and the rest is in their pocket like lions eating a horse at 90%.....I'm about to pay a visit and go from there....
