I was really in a bind and needed s small loan to get a part for my car I sat with Jacei and she was awesome! She helped me through the whole process and has made the experience quick and uncomplicated! She went the extra mile to answer all of my questions and get the loan finished!

I took out a load with Savannah Cash Advance and was lied to by the manger about the contract that was in question about my insurance. I was supposed to get a refund for insurance policy on the contract and never received it. However this information was also given incorrectly while my auto insurance was on the phone with the manger to assist with this issue at hand. This is bad customer service and a very low graded loan company that should never be trusted by the Savannah community. The manager here is a liar and a con-artist, I will never do business with these people even again.

When Miss Rachel is still there they were still open until 6:00 now since the new manager has came in the store they're only open up until 5:00 when you look on their website it says open until 6:00 but when you call them they say it's closed at 5:00

Ever since Rachel left the store closes early and we get no phone calls saying they have closed for the day. I live in Guyton and I come all the way to Savannah to pay my loan. As soon as I get my loan paid off I'm not coming back.

The staff was amazing and friendly. They explained every part of the loan to me including their obligation and mine as well. The manager was training the young lady who was assisting me but the process was so seamless I couldn’t tell. I would highly recommend Savannah Cash Advance in McAlpin Square.

Harris on the Victory drive was very rude as if he didn’t want to be bothered. My husband went there to get info on how to get a loan. He just handed him the paper. We went back with the proper documents and he short talked us and said he has to go to the bank and don’t have enough for the loan. Mind you he never did paperwork to tell us what we got approved for. Long story short he was NOT FRIENDLY at all and seemed like he did not want to be there. If I could give 0 starts I would.

Got rejected for no reason. Called their number, led me to a message system, said they'd get back to me.

Staff is so friendly and it’s so simple to get the help you need in a pinch or some extra cash just to have to spend ☺️
