Been a long time customer here. A lot of services are free for members (e.g. notary public, coin exchange machine, bank drafts, etc.) or low cost. They also have locations island wide for added convenience.

Worst bank in Hawaii !! Stay away !!! Lots of hidden rules an fees that really don’t benefit you in any way. Not a great bank for building credit terrible customer service an tellers that are unfortunately extremely green when it comes to education an simple understanding of what they are doing. It’s a credit union, there job is to help you build an understand your credit but not a single one of these people know how to doit. You have a better chance with credit karma an staying away from this bank from stealing your money. People in Hawaii are not uneducated. We aren’t what other people say we are or what tourist think we are. But if I walk into this bank it makes it extremely hard to believe that statement. The fact that the whole entire staff give us such a bad name reminds of why i fight to set a better example for my culture. Shame on you !

Awesome, Dawn shiroma helped me the entire process. She is amazing, so kind and pleasant, the seller was out of state and even with all the challenges Dawn coordinated all the things required to make my purchase of my brand new 2018, jeep wrangler, lifted, rims and tires, Cherri!! Excellent member service from Dawn. I applied for my loan in the evening online and was contacted first thing the next morning. My loan was approved a few hours later and the money was deposited later that same day. Everything was done via phone and email. So quick, convenient, professional, and friendly. Great interest rate too! Highly recommend!!!

Did an app online and the next day got a call to set up an appt. Thank you for helping me refinance my auto loan. Monthly payments are more manageable. HFS gave me a good rate, and was very helpful. Staff was nice and very friendly. Thank you Marissa, dawn, and there was one more person that helped me. Believer her office is the second cubicle. Great team! Helped me accomplish my goal.
