On new years day observed, which was Jan 2nd, I needed to cash a check and I was told no problem here. They had me sign it and then fingerprint the check made out to cash. After about 10 long minutes, the employee came out from the back and told me that they actually could not cash the check. They did this after having me fingerprint and sign it. I could have cashed it elsewhere but chose this place because of their good reviews.

I had the most positive an uplifting experience. They have the best customer- care iv ever seen. Beautiful Aloha place of Hilo.
