OneMain Financial, Hilo, HI

Just wanted to say Mahalo to Sherry and staff at Hilo branch. I don't think that I've ever had a more Comfortable and Professinal Financial/Customer Service experience, ever lol. I will definitely be referring Services to family and friends. Mahalo again OneMain Hilo!!!

I love my Hilo Branch. Everyone is so welcoming and they’re really awesome with all their previous, existing, and fuel tire clients. It’s really hard to find service like this now days. But everyone at One Main Financial is so AMAZING:)

Predatory lenders. They’re nice because they work on commission and don’t care when you can’t pay your bill. They’ll extend your loan but not tell you that the interest will be more enormous than the original loan. Do not go there. I’m glad I’m outta there for 10 years now. Don’t be a victim.

My experience with my local branch is wonderful. From the branch manager, Ana, to my financial counselor, Sherrie, to the rest of the staff, they are great; however, I would like to take the risk mng specialist on the mainland & crucify him. I was recently involved in an auto accident where my Tacoma truck was totaled. I received a good settlement from Farmer's Insurance & I was told by Ana that we could refinance the loan so I could buy another used truck. When Sherrie contacted a risk mgn spec working for OneMainFinancial on the mainland he turned me down due to a lowering of my credit rating just a few points (30)-a situation that is totally our of my hands. So now OneMain has $11,400 of my money (26 months payment) & they refuse to refinance a new used truck (OneMain would have gotten the title). Kudos to Ana & the local staff. Up yours to OneMain & all the people who make 6 & 7 digit salaries!!!!!!!!!

The Agent that helped me was Sherrie. She did an amazing job. She did more than what I asked for. And for that I am Gratefull.
