I chose Homebridge based on good reviews and the process of working with Doug to purchase a home went smoothly. However, only 8 months after closing, Homebridge sold my mortgage to another servicer (ServiceMac) with very low reviews. This also negatively impacted my credit score as it goes on the record as a lending account opened and closed quickly.

Jennifer was excellent to work with buying our first house. We literally had no clue what we were doing and I was very confused constantly. She was extremely patient and answered questions slowly and clearly and was kind to not make me feel dumb for not understanding some things.
