I called the corporate number and ask for favor on behalf of my mom but there were no options given, I was just ignored saying “I can’t discuss any information about the person you want to discuss because you’re not person you’re calling for” which is my mom by the way ask to call the number. Then I only get that respond? So rude. Once my mom pays it, not gonna ask her borrow again here 😡😡🤬🤬
