Line is long and you have to wait in the sun so you might want to bring a umbrella. I think the Credit union should have the line continue through bank or at Least offer some water for those waiting in the sun

HawaiiUSA FCU is still in Waipahu Town Center but has now moved to a new location. What was Bob's Big Bear/Sizzlers is now home to HawaiiUSA FCU, Edible Arrangements and Starbucks. So far the parking is way more convenient as you don't have to fight with everyone trying to get to the eateries or church. It's a lot brighter than the previous Waipahu branch and they have open stations where you stand next to the teller assisting you.

Waiting 1 month 4 new debit card seems ridiculous 2 me. In branch assistance is great, tho

I absolutely love this branch. Ang is so nice. I’m so blessed to have continuously worked with her through my divorce and other life changes that came up. The staff at this location is all friendly. The ATM also accepts deposits of cash and checks. Cash is available immediately and checks become available biased on HawaiiUSA hold policy. The only feedback I have is to wish we had higher ATM withdrawal limit. It’s currently $500 would like to see it raised to $1200. Also would like to see Zele and the incorporated within in the mobile app.

The lady on the phone said i can pick up my card at the location. When i came in to do that the lady at the counter said i cant do that and wanted to know the person i spoke with on the phone. I walked away upset because i cant get a card and came for nothing. Do you know how embarrassing it was to scrape up and pay for meals with coins and not have money around my friends because i cant access my money without a card?
