First Iowa State Bank, Albia, IA

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Ballard today in the Albia, Iowa location. I've been working for over 3 weeks now to secure a PPP loan with one of the much larger banking institutions. After a phone call today with that larger institution I was still left questioning if I was going to be able to receive the funding. I was told they would know more in 3 to 4 days. Melissa, you should know was referred to me by one of my close family members who she helped through the process. Needless to say with in 3 hours of the process starting she had secured the funds. Remember people bigger is not always better. I would recommend First Iowa State Bank to anyone looking for help with their banking needs.

The most pathetic excuse as financial institute sexualy harsment in bank loan officer is completely unqualified. Rude to costumers walk in to Eddyville branch couldn't make withdraw didn't have enough money in branch pathetic law suit is pending
