Buyer beware. Unethical loan officer at this branch. I have made several requests to meet with them. They have ignored me. They know my phone number.

We had banked with a local bank for years. When C1CU came to Albia, we decided to give them a try. Employees treated us well and helped us in many ways. Many employees know us by name and treat us as one of their family. WE love C1CU and will continue to bank there! Great credit union!

The Albia branch has the most helpful Teller's and the branch Manager is also very Helpful. Ive had wonderful experiences every time I do business there. They always go the Extra mile to meet my needs.......

All the individuals I’ve ever dealt with at C1st are impeccable. The robot you have to suffer with on the other hand, has me contemplating switching banks. The phone system in general is very aggravating. I know it would detract from the banks profit but to have real people answer the phone or at least have that option up front in the menu would be a huge benefit for the customer. Just because you can automate doesn’t mean you should.
