Theresa setup my bank account wrong and my money was locked up two days later. When I called to speak to the women she was rude and continued to speak over me telling me she knows what she is doing and it’s not her fault. I asked her to stop talking over me because the upper management of her company is putting all the blame on her. She told me not to come to her branch to solve this issue and hung up on me. I was told she is the only one that can fix the problem and she had no concern and didn’t care at all! While opening my account she told me many personal things and even insulted the state I had just moved from. (NY) Even spoke out about Asians and other races in a hateful way! I would NOT recommend the branch or the company unless you want your money locked up, to be insulted, and just told it’s not they’re problem while being hung up on!

I'm always glad to be banking at this place over the years. The staff is Always friendly, and really helpful of answering questions and explaining things. 5 Stars!
