Call center is a pain!!! I think they intentionally place you on hold hoping you’ll get bored and hang up!!! I’ve been in the lobby of several of the branches and they’ve never been “over worked”. Sat on hold for over 20 minutes, and then got disconnected! Started over and again was on hold for over 20 minutes! Finally got fed up listening to “hold on I’ll transfer your call” TO NO ONE!!!
