Called last week to get a final pay off for my account and was asked if I came into some extra money...I really dont think its any of your business how I am paying you off.. fast forward to today, went in with cashiers check and paid my account in full...no customer service what so ever, no thank you have a nice day or how is your day as I sat at the reps desk,she took the check looked up my account got up walked away handed the check to someone else and then handed me the receipt and said here you go. NEVER once said how is your day, hang on a minute i have to have some one else process this and Ill get your receipt nothing. So happy they were able to help me when they did but seriously folks, lets use our manners...i know I said thank you when I signed my loan stuff, the least you could do is say thank you when someone pays you back in full in less that 90 days! NEVER AGAIN

I had only one complaint my team associate did not give much I contact. Pleasant, informative and kind but poor I contact. I did get my loan comfortable with payment plan as well. Thanks for being there.

Cardevvayah was very professional and fast. I was very nervous and she made me feel comfortable and let me make my decisions with no pressure. Recommended if you really need extra money.

Predatory Personal Loan Lender, Misleading website and had to ask what the rates were they weren’t gunna tell me they were just trying to sell insurance on my loan. 29% is a predator loan folks, they are real life scam artists.

Had a great experience working with Mindy both times I’ve come in regarding a loan. She’s extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend OneMain to anyone who’s been turned down by other creditors despite being creditworthy. It’s nice to have a place that will not only see you’re obviously creditworthy but also give you detailed information so you can make an informed decision regarding your financial options. Everything is spelled out before you accept an offer and you can weigh different options without any pressure, they even let you just return the money within a time limit if you change your mind. So it’s an excellent option worth exploring if you find yourself in need of a loan and the bank is giving you the run around.

I had an over all great experience and it is probably one of the best decisions I made to get my life in order and heading in the right direction.
