Completely disappointed!! My husband has banked with this company for over 20 years and today went into credit union and was notified that our lender( who he has always dealt with) and has been with company since before my husband even banked there is no longer with the company! Not only did AIM credit union not send out any message regarding this but I thought this was a memeber owned company? I believe someone who has been with the company carries an incredible amount of long time member relationships and your members deserve to be notified who will be handling or who they need to contact in regards to handling their future financial needs. I dont need details as to why the person is no longer with the company but common courtesy as to proper notification instead of being blindsided when I had some financial business to be taken care of and then just told "sorry, they are no longer here" that's how big bank corporations handle things and throw you off to the side. Not a smart decision for your members!

Member rates, fees, and programs are unrivaled by any mega financial institutions. A fine example of community banking as an invaluable service that doesn’t seek to take advantage of clients who may find themselves disenfranchised due to the unforeseen circumstances in life.

They mailed out a new card and DID NOT tell me it had my original limit and my balance from the old card on it. I ended up owing $1000 on the card after I was told I didn’t owe anything on my card for payments and even got hit with a late pay. I also had made a deposit into my checking account and it was mistakenly put in my savings account which cause me to go negative. AIM doesn’t accept any responsibility for their errors and gaslight their members whenever there’s an issue. I went to cancel my account and was made to hold on the drive through while being pressured in to paying the negative balance they caused. The teller told me they’d cancel my card and close my account once my balance was paid. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
