I am so thankful for over thirty years of being a Metco Member. The staff at Metco are ready to greet you, and their longevity with Metco feels like you are going in to see old friends. I have had many successful loan transactions with Metco and their knowledge is stellar. I feel they gave me good guidance all the way throughout. I’d like to thank Regan that recently worked with me to get a loan on a vacation home. She went above and beyond to get the answers we needed to complete the paperwork. We are a newer member of Metco. So far, the experience has been a good one. Using the virtual deposit has been problematic at best. Unfortunately, this forces an in person visit or use of the virtual deposit through one of my other banking institutions. I would give it five stars if they would focus on their virtual banking as it is certainly how many of us prefer to bank. Because of this, I'm not confident they could support my needs if I move from the area forcing me to move my accounts.

I have been a member at Metco C.U. for 32 years. Banking here you find helpful, genuine staff who take the time to get to know you and your family. You are more than just a $ sign here. Great online service and hours of operation.

Love the friendliness and accuracy and staff always ready and eager to help . We really like knowing the staff by name and them knowing us. We get personal and caring attention if we need it. We believe the answers to our questions are honest answers and are helpful answers. We trust Metco and feel safe keeping our money with Metco.

Metco Credit Union is the BEST PLACE TO DO YOUR BANKING!! The STAFF is Amazing! We have been members for more than 36 years and have been treated with respect,kindness, compassion, and friendship every single day since becoming members. In good times and bad times METCO has always been there for us! No hidden agendas, no hidden fees, no surprises just Honest up front business and working hard to protect our hard earned money. I recommend METCO to everyone that needs or ask about where we “bank” and I tell them we don’t bank we METCO CREDIT UNION !!

Edit: after making the review I was reached out to and my concerns were addressed. Thank you Reegan! I forget her name but the woman I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude and snarky. There’s a reason I refuse to bank here full time and can’t wait to finish my loan. There’s really only two people who treat you like you’re human here and that is Daemon and Reegan. Those guys are awesome but everyone else has a piss poor attitude and treat you less than.

I've had accounts with Metco since the very early 80s and consider them to have the best banking services and customer service of any banks or other credit unions anywhere and I've lived all over the U.S. They're large enough to have whatever you need and yet are friendly and efficient and will take your needs seriously. Love Metco!
