Have worked with Brian on a couple necklaces and most recently an engagement ring. Super knowledgeable, personable, no pressure attitude, and received a great value. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Don't be mislead by this being a pawn shop as well if looking for jewelry. Honest, family-owned business. Be sure to consider Siegel's before being sucked into a "big box" jeweler.

I truly hate when I have to get a loan on something because I screwed up and didn't pay attention to finances, this is the place that I will take my stuff to because I know that Tim or Royce will take care of me 100%! I understand this is a business and I'm not going to like some of the pricing that I get for a loan however it's a business and they have rules

I drive from Dubuque to do business with Siegel's ,they blow the Dubuque Pawn Shops away on pricing, quality and the most bang for your hard earned buck!!!! I would recommend my Priest to visit Siegel's, because I know he will be treated fairly.... A+++

I've done business with Siegels for decades. Most of my tools have come from there. I have always found them willing to listen to my offer. They appreciate if you do your homework, know what you want and have an idea of what you're willing to pay. We also had some ring sizing done. They did an excellent job for a very fair price. So much so that we went back and bought a plain band for the wife for times when she doesn't want to wear the diamonds. I have not seen the owner for years. I understand he's retired from actively working. The new generation is just as good though. Tim, the pawn-side manager, is a straight shooter. He'll treat you with respect and dignity.

I've bought quite a bit if jewelry here. Everytime I come in the staff are friendly and always eager to help you with what you want to look at. They always have good prices. Highly recommend them.

This location was recommended by someone who has sold and purchased jewelry at this location. This seems to be a Cedar Rapids staple and has been around for many years. They have a large selection and I enjoyed browsing all of their items which include not only jewelry but some purses and electronics and tools as well. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The owner was also helpful and seem to enjoy conversation with myself and other customers. They definitely seem to enjoy being a part of the local economy. Even though I didn't buy anything on this trip. I will definitely return when looking to purchase jewelry.
