They are real friendly , personal, and alot of help on everything you need! I bank at the 2nd street bank in Clinton, Iowa and I don't want any other bank!

I have had so many great experiences with Ascentra credit union. Never a bad one, 8 hear other people talk about their banks, accounts being messed up, charged an overdraft fee when they claim they made a deposit. I have NEVER have anything but great service. Which is why I am still with them today and hope to be for many years to come.

My wallet was stolen a few weeks before Christmas and I had a lot of cash in my wallet. It put me in a terrible position for providing for my three kid’s so I decided to try to get a loan. With my credit I didn’t qualify for as much as I was wanting but they worked with me and I got what I needed. Everything went smoothly for getting the loan and it was very easy to make extra payments and easy to pay off. I’d do this again if I needed it and recommend this company to everyone!

Very well staffed extremely easy to use thier app for all of my banking needs n they are diligent about giving you a heads up on any security issues but they also provide you with the chance to take a course or lecture on how to use your money more efficiently. First credit union I have banked with n by far best bank I have had any dealings with.

Ever since I started banking at Ascentra any problems I have had they knew how to address it and solved it immediately. I'm 55 years old and never had a bank account, but with the pandemic and other changes in my life I needed a bank, I'm glad I picked Ascentra

when you purchase a home make sure you have excellent credit otherwise any loans that you may want won't be allowed. Apparently your credit score is more important then lending people money SAD

Not sure how long ive been with ascentra, but ive never had a bad experience. Recently i was victim to a scam they shut my card off immediately and ordered a new one. Im still waiting to find out if i will receive my $40 back or not. I assume i probably wont since it was something i willingly paid for thinking it was ligit when in fact it was not.

I have been a member since I got my first job in high school and I have been out of school for 43yrs. I love doing my banking with Ascentra!! Their staff is VERY friendly!! And when I do need a loan, I know exactly where to go!!
