Unfortunately, we had a terrible first time homebuyer process. We had no guidance along the way and we always had to initiate the conversations when things would arise. It would take days, if not a week for them to get back to us. The notary they sent to sign closing papers was an hour and 20 minutes late. They also never explained anything and when we would ask questions the response was usually minimal and not helpful.

David Bell was great to work with, he got us the information we needed in a timely manner for multiple properties even though we never ended buying them. Then when we found the right one he made it happen. My only complaint is the Gershman mortgage app is pretty terrible and their website requires cross site trackers to be enabled to e-sign documents. Therefore any iPhone uses will have to manually override this security setting or cannot do it on their iPhone.
