Great ppl nice environment

Today me and my son went to cash his work check here at hometown cash advance, how ever the rude lady that was working was not trying to help us.. She stated that she PROBABLY wouldn't be able to get the check verified I asked her if she could see anyways.. Maybe I was in the wrong but I think not, anyways as she proceeded to call the bank I said out loud stop been lazy.. She said excuse me I dont have to cash the check if I dont want too.. THEN get this, she lied about what the lady at the bank told her.. I myself called the bank spoke to the customer service and heard for myself she lied to us.. I believe this lady was prejudice
