I’ve had no problems since I started banking here over four years ago. Everything was clearly explained when I opened my account. Some of the younger tellers can have a bit of an attitude at times when you ask them questions. That’s why I didn’t rate it with five stars.

Attempted to get a mortgage loan through the bank, the loan officer, Dee was very rude about the situation. Told us we wouldn’t get a mortgage loan for at least TWO years and proceeded to laugh the WHOLE time explaining this... Our credit reports have been cleaned up and our scores are better than she made them out to be. We got preapproved elsewhere in LESS than 24 hours... I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone.

I was having difficulty opening an account online so I decided to contact the branch. There i was told that I had to leave a message for a banker since nobody was available at the time. A week later, i still haven't talked to anyone or received any explanation regarding the problem.

Dee Murman is outstanding in what she has done for me and also refer her to anyone thinking about buying a home. She leaves nothing out and brings options to the table. Only downfall from the bank ive experienced is with my work hours sat is crucial and lobby is closed for what I need done.

Been with them for 3 years asked for a 2000$ loan because I'd be out if work for my daughter and they told me no.
