I was referred to this bank by Rupal Joshi, who works at my local Collins Branch. She told me about their student account options as well as the incentives with it. I am thoroughly satisfied with their services and how fast their processes for opening the account was. I would definitely rate it a five star experience.

Kyle was so very niice to me when I asked him about a lower rate on my car loan. Not only was he able to get me a better rate but he also was very patient & thorough. I am very appreciative. Everyone that works there are so nice & so helpful. I'm glad I am member of Collins Credit Union.

Today I visited my Marion branch and received amazing customer service from specialist Kim Markley. She had the answers to my questions on all of my accounts and helped get me prequalified for an Auto loan. Thanks much Kim.

So I was thinking about leaving Collins but every time I go to Marion and I step in the door and Samantha She changes my mind she convinces me to stay best customer service but whenever I go to Blairs ferry it’s horrible service Samantha should get recognition for being a super great employee and keeping people happy. There is one other girl name Kaylee that also is a delight to be able to go in and see your smiling face and have a conversation and discuss my bank account stuff with her they even showed me how to set up a Venmo because I felt unsure about it but these two ladies made sure that I was safe and felt comfortable with doing things so shout out to Samantha and Kaylee for great customer service You two ladies are outstanding.

RuPaul Joshi was a great teller for me . She went above and beyond, in my opinion, to get information I was requesting regarding the current offer of additional funds to a companion account. I asked questions that were probably a bit out of the ordinary but she sought the answers to my questions. She also helped me correct an oversight on my part which helped me better invest some of my money. She was extremely kind and professional. Outstanding service!

Rupal Joshi is the best! She’s always looking out for the best interest of the customer and recently caught a mistake on my account so I could deal with it promptly. Her positive attitude can brighten anyone day.
