I'd do zero if that was an option! I was seriously just charged 6.00$ for them transferring 0.01 from my savings to checking account. This was automated and not requested. I used to really enjoy thier service, but ever since I transfered my mortgage to another lender (they gave me a much better interest rate then green state) they have been nickel and diming me at every opportunity. It's a disgusting practice, and I intead on moving my auto loan to another bank and dropping them altogether. Do better greenstate!

Been with UoI/Greenstate for 10yrs. Moved everything over from Wells Fargo who were screwing me with all kinds of extra charges. Maybe that's why they ended up in a class action lawsuit. Nothing but excellent service since.

My older sister was the victim of a scam. She went to Greenstate to get money out of her account - all of it!!! The clerk asked her what she needed it for. The scammer told her to tell the teller it was for furniture. The teller gave her the money in her account. She then followed the rest of the scammer’s instructions & gave them all her money. There was a 2nd name on the account - no phone call was made to the that person to verify the info. When questioned, staff said there wasn’t an “alert”. The 2nd name was added after the 1st time my sister was almost scammed. That time, the credit union, again, gave her all the money in her account - no question. Thankfully, staff at Target prevented her from buying gift cards. How can Target have a process to help prevent scams but a financial institution doesn’t?

Helping hands! I wanted to recognize and thank Carissa Valentine at Marion Greenstate! I’m from an hour away, I came down to Marion to look at a truck to purchase! It was super last minute and in a pinch! I didn’t get to the bank till 1130 and Carissa was nice enough to stay late to make sure my loan got completed, I couldn’t have done it without her! Thank you Carissa!

I didn't use my checking account for a mere six months and they started taking $7.00 each month due to inactive account, and then closed my account, all without notice. This seems like a predatory policy, but the local branch staff have been helpful in getting my money back and the account reinstated.
