Community 1st Credit Union, Osceola, IA

So excited to finally have a Community 1st in my home town so I don't have to drive out of town anymore. The staff are very friendly and the inside is very clean

Switched banks after my old bank was bought out and many had issues with that bank. But I got a head of it. I like this bank so much better. When I go in they are helpful when I have questions and always nice.

This is the worst bank I have ever been a member of. The staff are very rude and untrained. Several things they have done to my account and ways they have treated me are not the ways of this bank i was told by the dist. Manager. I would not recomend this bank branch to anyone.

Community 1st has been the best experience I’ve had with banking in over twenty five years. The staff is amazing and the interest rates are to. Nothing to complain about.
