Very good experiences with this paticular bank, they are fast an courtesy. An their loan officers are very knowledgeable with a eagerness to help you sort through the options of bank loans, accounts, Savings, and all related things of that nature. They really do try to work with you and make your experience a good one. An savings accounts start with a 5$ deposit, and checking is free.

Great place to save money if possible

We bought a new car in Florida and needed to change the financing from the lending company that the dealer set up. Refinancing was so easy with all Community 1st help. Charlie followed up with both us and the other finance company. Thanks

Mark Estes went above and beyond to help me and my family. My wife was diagnosed with cancer in May of this year. When I notified Mark he went right to work trying to figure out how I could solve my money issues. Loosing $1900.00 was a hard blow. Mark helped me with creative thinking. I sold both vehicles and the difference between what I owed and what they sold for was going into a new lower loan, but Mark seen two personal loans and wrapped it all together for less than what I was paying for the two personal loans. Do not use this credit union for investment services. The advisor does not return phone calls nor emails. I was charged fees for their mistake.

My wife and I have been members for over 25 years they are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them. Also because they are a credit union and not a bank they have better rates etc. They are awesome.
