Thinking about going to a different branch where I am respected without questioning my checks I get and thinking it’s scam..

Been banking here since 2012 I've never had an issue

Thinking bout closing my account and go somewhere else where they treat their customers better

Banked here forever only have had few issues so cuddooo to them

Community 1st Review I acknowledge the professionalism, and courtesy of the employees. They are wonderful human beings who do their best to help members. However, I am concerned about how truly safe the members are. Moreover, I am extremely concerned about what I consider to be unjust "policies" that Community 1st enforces, with almost palpable glee. 1. How can Community 1st authorize purchases on accounts with no overdraft protection, and subsequently punish the member for crimes perpetrated against them (payback plus overdraft fees)? 2. Hacking has become the new "bank robbery" with technological advances facilitating the crimes. I was advised by the FBI, that there is nothing they can do about these crimes because they are perpetrated across borders. Hence, they have no jurisdiction in too many hacking cases 3. Despite acquiring new debit cards, if members' accounts are hacked into TOO MANY TIMES, Community 1st policy is to "blame the victim," and will TAKE THE VICTIM'S DEBIT CARD PRIVILEGE AWAY In my line of work, albeit as a volunteer, I have seen too many victims destroyed by a justice system that fails them; and via Community 1st revictimization of members being robbed follows suit in that practice. 4. I STRONGLY suggest that Community 1st be more vigilant, and NOT authorize suspicious transactions, and CONTACT THE MEMBERS WHEN THEY SHOW UP. After all, Community 1st has member information in their system, especially account balances. Work on YOUR security protocols, and please, don't punish the members for crimes perpetrated against THEM. Thank you.
