Great bank with some great people running it! We had our business account set up with Peoples Bank and it was simply a breeze. They were very helpful throughout the entire process. 10/10 recommend Peoples Bank in Sheldon!

Customer Service is awful here at the Sheldon Location. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but every time I have gone in, the 2 front ladies are always snotty. The only one that really isn't is Peggy. I feel like I am being attacked every time I come in and need something or I am imposing on them. If you don't like your job...then leave. You shouldn't be annoyed that I come in to do business. This is a job that you need to have good customer service...you are serving customers, that is your job! Bring your business to the Sioux Center Location. It will be worth the trip.

I have been with People's bank for 9 years and I have always been very pleased with them. Check prices and customer service are the best I've encountered and they are so prompt to take care of any requests you make. How anyone rates them below 4 stars is beyond me. They really take care of you.

Ok so I just went there today to set up an account. I had a wonderful experience. The front lady was very helpful. Answered all my questions. I got a free blanket too! Very nice.

Snooty and judgemental is what I see here. When my father passed away he left me his motorhome and I didn't have a place to park it so I left it at my mothers in her driveway while she was out of town for part of the winter. Her house is across the street from the bank. Lyle after hearing the neighborhood loud mouth whine about it being there took up his torch and called mom every time I stopped there with the motorhome I already own and consequently live in. My mom is eighty years old and became concerned with what people were saying and after numerous reports from the president of the bank Lyle Kuiper got all worked up and as happens there was a slight rift in our relationship but it is her house and not mine so I gave myself the boot before she did. I have a question for Lyle. Are you running for city council or are you simply a nosey imposing little snitch? I would have appreciated and expected a call from you personally since your are my cousin and I'm sure a solution would have resulted. Instead you bother your eighty year old aunt in Arizona with petty personal notions about who does what with their driveway. Get back to the business of banking and take my advice. Stay out of other people's affairs lest someone take a poke at that beak of yours when you put it where it has no business being. You might have some influence over an eighty year old aunt with your whining but I assure you I'll have very little of it. Where I come from we call it a coward. Run your bank or run for office but mind your own business not mine. Good day.
