Horrible bank. They cashed a check that I wrote to someone that was dated 2 1/2 years ago. They also refused to give the money back to me.

I was charged a fee that I was told I wouldn't be charged, but the bank director took care of it after calling me himself. That scores points for a bank with me. 5 stars.

Got a car loan 5% interest rate. Literally 2 days later they roll out a promotional 3% interest rate and won't change my rate. I specifically asked if there was any way to lower the 5% when doing the loan because I have a good credit score. They said no and then bam 3% 2 days later. Smh..
