Very competitive loan rates, and easy to work with. Everyone at the Riverside branch is helpful, friendly, and provide excellent customer service.

The worst bank in all of Siouxland. Do not do any business with them. They do not know how to handle simple co-signer loans, if you are unable to make payments on your credit card they will not even work with collections but instead go straight to legal action, serve you papers and take you to court. In order to avoid a bankruptcy we are working with a debt relief company. They provided the worst offers to settle the debt. One lump sum payment due in THREE (3) days. For someone trying to avoid bankruptcy, how is that possible. Instead counter back with paying them more money than is owed on the credit card. Then they proceed to not work with us on the car they repossed that we co-signed for. They titled it incorrectly, told us they would pay repo charges but instead they want us to pay it all. They did not follow legal methods to notify us of the proceedings, when it was going to auction or anything. AVOID TELCO AT ALL COSTS.
