Interest rates they charge are absurd and they are technologically incompetent. They do not email payoff letters so when I went to refi under another lender, I was left with a small remaining balance in which they continued to collect for 3 months without sending any notice, via mail or email. They make the process as hard as possible for anyone trying to go elsewhere. I would recommend to stay away.
