I could tell Jake from Veridian was swamped professionally and personally during the coronapocalypse, but he navigated my mortgage refinance process effectively. I don't particularly like him as a person, though he's a great loan officer. I'm glad that I was able to keep my loan with Veridian. I feel I could've gotten another quarter percent rate lower had we rate locked earlier in the process or had I shopped around more, but the difference would've been about $2,000 over a five year period or about $400/yr, so I'm satisfied. Thank you Jake and Veridian!!
