I walked in to get a loan from this company and the old lady was rude. I told her I was just looking to see what I needed for a loan. She looked me up and down and snapped "You need to be with a job at least one year." Mind you it says that on the sign that I was reading. Im not dumb and I can read. I replied with "Well I have been at my job for 7 years. I left without another word and did not even bother to return with everything to apply for the loan. I hope this place gets shut down take your business to World Finance much better customer service.

The worst customer service I ya e ever gotten. Got a little loan and was promised a bunch of stuff. Never happened and got charged more than was told. They will tell you whatever to get a loan from you. Not happy at all and very upset. Called and they never fixed the issue. Not worth a star or anybody's service

Call to get title loan information the girl who answered the phone had no information on title loans except for the fact that your car had to be 10 years or newer
