Awesome service! Very friendly and helped me out no problem!!

Horrible customer service. We got a loan from this company and set up the auto payments on the first of the month (my wife's pay days). My wife's pay days changed from the 1st to the 20th every month. We didn't have money in our account (because wife doesn't get paid until the middle of the month now), so we called them up and told them our situation. They said that they can't extend or change the date at all. They told us that we could pay $109 and get back $167. That wasn't an option for us either. I think it is poor customer service to not have options for your customers. They are already struggling to have to come get a loan with a ridiculously high interest rate and then to not have options to help them out makes it worse. All I asked her to do was change the auto pay date. I don't even care if I had to pay a fee to do that, but it wasn't even an option. I won't be doing business with them once this loan is paid off.

I cannot believe u fired my ex wife for nothing and i hope your store goes out of business and goes under where it has to be closed down. Julie i hope you have streets

Showed up today to get a check cashed open sign flashing only 5:50 and the door is locked. Very customer oriented never will I try them again
