On Friday afternoons they only have one person for five windows! I have never seen the like. It's Friday afternoon in Coeur d'Alene Idaho people are waiting and you have one person on a Friday afternoon trying to keep up with the flow! The wait times can be up to 20 minutes.

Great customer services and great rates. Before going there I went to check into cash and spent an hour there and still didn't get my checked cashed. I left there and came here and was in and out with in 10 mins. Will definitely be going back.

Horrible. Especially Renae. She will make sure you know she is the branch manager ! lol .good job. I used them alot actually. After that experience no more.

I've been a customer at this location for two decades. These folks are always friendly, helpful and professional. I like to think they love me, because I absolutely love each one of them. Best customer service in town too.

I messed up a check that I was cashing there by signing my name in the wrong area and these 2 young ladies took the time to make sure I could still get it cashed I forget their names right now but I will get them 4 you❤️
