I would give zero stars honestly as this is the worst experience I have ever had with my taxes. I’ve never had someone file them incorrectly like,Collin Wiltsie, did and then tell me repeatedly that I am wrong when I thought he was doing them incorrectly. He told me that I could not file head of household, if I did not claim my children as a dependent. I have always done this and he said I was not allowed. I questioned myself at this point. After the IRS sent me a letter in October I went back in to tell him something was wrong because they said they still have credits/money available to me once I file. I am now having to file an amended tax return and wait for my funds even longer because my copy and the office computer at world finance, all of my numbers/data are blocked out, and I don’t actually have a copy of what he did. Another employee there is trying to help my accountant get the copy with data on it to fix it. I went to his office multiple times to address what he did wrong, and to show him the letter from the IRS and he had no explanation and stated he did file them right and I probably just needed to file 2020 taxes. He said the date for filing closed and there was nothing he could do right now to even amend it. Now, 8 months later, I am amending my taxes with an accountant, but the process is taking even longer because no one has a copy of the data he filed of my taxes. This is by far the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had. I would have never done my taxes with them had I known that my finances were not in capable hands. I was right all along and to be told by a tax company employee that you’re wrong is baffling. I hope it will be resolved soon but I would never do business here again after this experience. You should never have to pay for someone to mess up your taxes so badly!

I was looking for some way to build credit, I’m a young adult and I wanted to stay away from credit cards, I signed up online through world finance and within three days they called me. (I signed up on Friday night when they were closed) they helped me get a small loan to build my credit, they’re amazing and very nice and explained everything very carefully and slowly, I also love the benefits they have. I would highly recommend going here if you need to build credit when you have none.

My experience with world finance has been great. The ladies that work their go beyond their job duties to make sure that their customers are happy. When in need of help they are always there for me. I feel like I am apart of a little family every time i go to the office

I love the ladies that work at World Finance. They are always so sweet to talk to and more than willing to do what they can to help! I have had nothing but good experiences here. I definitely recommend this place and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Absolutely love the ladies there! They are so helpful and really push themselves to make sure they can help. We have been going here for years and no where else, taxes and all. Would recommend them to anyone. They work with you and they are amazing.
