Dawn was amazing to work with in securing our home loan. She was great at explaining things to us at a level we could understand. I shopped other lenders and since our loan was relatively small, she was the only one that made us feel as our needs were just as important as someone with a much higher loan. I feel that communication is key especially with mortgage loans that I don't have a lot of knowledge of and she always responded to my questions in a timely manner. I first spoke with Dawn probably months before we really needed to but I appreciated that she didn't pressure us to use her for our loan.
