Tish and Monica at Flagstar were absolutely amazing with our home loan and I have never seen people work so hard on ours. Tish received our loan after a different mortgage lender dropped the ball several times. Tish and Monica teamed up and had our loan closed in 2 weeks at a great interest rate! They worked days, nights and even on the weekends to ensure the seller's deadline was met. They kept in constant contact with us and their communication was superb! The team at Flagstar Bank are definitely the best around!

We just closed on our dream home! Mike Frank was our loan officer. This man went above and beyond. Mike kept in constant contact with us. He kept us very informed and was very focused on us having a great experience. Our whole home purchase went flawlessly from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would! I'd recommend Mike and his team to anyone at anytime!

My account was transferred to a new mortgage company, but Flagstar continued to withdraw my automatic payment and did not send it back to me, but instead stated they sent it on to the new mortgage company, almost 1 week later the new company doesn't have my payment that was due 6 days ago and I already paid (because it was due and flagstar sent me a letter telling me how to pay the new company). So essentially I have paid 2 payments this month. I never gave permission for flagstar to send my money to someone else, especially not to send it late.

We have had a great experience with Ron Wieczorek. We used him for our purchase in 2020, and refinanced with him in 2021. He has been consistant in his abilitiy to make us feel like we were top priority. Thank you Ron!
