The staff has always gone above and beyond. Then this last year everything has gone down hill my payroll checks are held 5 days every single time unless I cash them next door and deposit cash. Now I have covid and deposited check sat it still on hold I can't wat I can't get meds and I even had chase confirm key bank already withdrew the money yet they are still holding 7 days. Unbelieveable

They hold payments for 5 days st a time. Whether you put cash in your account or deposit a check or return an online purchase 6 hours after ordering it and both the seller and PayPal state the return happened that same day, 5 days later and it listed as pending. And nobody knows anything to help and forget the app, you cant even contact anyone for help. Same day checking has passed by this bank. What a joke.

Ive been with Key Bank for 9 years and have never had a problem. This branch is the closest to my house and I come here often. The tellers always take good care of me and answer every question.

Great staff and great customer service. I switched to them after a long sit down with the manager and I couldn't be happier. On my second visit, I was greeted by name walking through the door, that's impressive. I have to giggle at the review that says they hate the bank because of the non-atm fees... well bud, be prepared to hate every single bank out there.

While the staff at this bank is nice enough, key bank itself is horrible. I have spent more on my annual "relationship rewards" account maintenance fees than I ever got in rewards. And to add insult to injury, I get charged a fee for lack of activity on my account (due to lack of income) that puts me in the negative. Way to go, take money out of my empty pockets. I will be changing banks when I have money to open another account...

This place should be shut down, They pick and chose who they want to help and not, There extremely rude They owe me money, and claim that I owe them, how weird is that This place is totally incompetent, Matter of fact much of the company is! And to be honest, If you got money bank here. But if you're a struggling american like the the rest us I wouldn't

Edit 3/25/2023 For some reason I'm still with this bank, and tonight the feature to deposit cash isn't operational. Convenient as an unexpected bill pulled me into overdraft this morning. Which is normally no biggie because I'll just deposit cash to cover it. After a 12 hour day at work 40 minutes away, and the only Keybank within 30 miles is this one, are you kidding me? I hate this bank. Seriously
