The girl Heidi has been helping me try to get a loan over the phone. Always very kind and trying to help with what she can. I was approved but there was a small issue and when I called back the other girl answered said she is busy (which is fine) but the second i said what was the small issue she just said, "okay bye." Didn't even let me finish my sentence and very rude and unhelpful like that Heidi lady would be. Honestly just made me not want to go back when I get that one small issue fixed. Again that Heidi girl was VERY nice. I hope she does get recognition for her hard work and kindness.

Repossessed my truck less than 30 days late, right after Christmas. This is after being harassed and theatened via voicemail, and violating the fair debt collection practice act. $10 k in equity in the truck on a $1200 loan, the moment I mentioned fdcpa the truck was gone. The associate who called on the 23rdbof December who violated the fair debt collection practice act, is the reason for my reply. I was verbally harassed and threatened, I'm sure there are plenty of consumers who have had great views of what you do. I however will not tolerate the fact that I was threatened, via voicemail, and when I brought to light my knowledge into the laws protecting myself as a consumer, I was harassed. This was the first month that I was late, and yes you are within the confines of the law to take possession of my vehicle even after a day late. However the violation was with the voicemail left stating that your associates would make me an embarrassment to my friends and family. I called and left a voicemail acknowledging my responsibility,. And that I would have the payment by the day it was taken. Which I did. I also stated the violation. The moment following was a show if power from them. I will show mine, with the beginning of a class action law suit, as I find more unsatisfied consumers to join the case.
