This was a good experience until Covid 19 has hit. Every other company has worked with me. I am a salon owner and have no income until the state lets me go back to work. No life lines have been extended to my industry. I called and tried to make arrangements to make my LAST PAYMENT. After I have paid all year on my loan, they will not work with me on my last payment and have reported me to credit bureau. They also insist on calling me twice a day to get the same story and are rude. This is a time we should be looking out for each other and especially when we are trying to do the right thing. I will tell you that I had another small loan because I have been building my credit up at World Finance. They have been amazing!!! If you need extra money or building credit I would suggest going to World Finance, they are my kind of people!

Titus helped me today with a few questions I had about my account and my scores. Each time I have called they have been very helpful and accommodating to any changes I need to make to my account , the help in repairing my credit has been going much faster than I had initially thought and my scores have improved so much already only after just a few months !

Went in today to renew my loan. They call me 2 times a week and say I can. When I went in both ladies looked very unprofessional. One had bright purple lipstick and the other had bright orange eyeshadow. Felt like I walked into a very unprofessional business. Then she pulls my account and gets all snotty and says you have a few late payments. I ask how late and she states 4 days on one and 2 on another. Called and told them both times would be in on Friday. OMG!!! Then acts all like she is judging me. Like I am not worthy after 6 payments I haven’t proven anything. I don’t need you to make me feel unworthy. I have seen your customers and employees. I got up and walked out before the even answered. There are many business in town that provide the same services with much higher professionalism. I run a business and I would hire either that manager or her side kick to take out my garbages. Treat people with respect when you are trying to earn business. I won’t ever return.

My fiancee went in there for a loan and I was told a "Credit Rebuilder loan" that would help me build back up my credit. The ladies were super nice and understanding, filled out most of my paperwork over the phone and had my check handed to me within 20minutes. They then told my fiancee that she should try to look into getting the same loan as the payments were very low and would help her get her credit established as well as built up. My fiancee was reluctant at first but once shown how easy the payments were, the referal programs and how much they could help her, she was excited tp jump on board and was also quickly approved as well. The process was quick, simple and also made exciting by the employees who were happy to explain how loans and credit work. I would definately recommend anyone needing a loan or just a fresh start on credit to go there.

The customer service is great. I've always had a good experience when getting a loan. I also love that they report it to your credit it has helped my credit score go up. I will continue to get loans from them and referring them to friends.
