Bonnie was very rude, I was on hold for 7 mins then she came back and put me back on hold for another 4 mins before I actually go to speak with someone and they were very unhelpful and not knowledgable at all.

Normally I don't shine a bright light on loaning companies but this one really changed my mind! I was in need of some help, desperately. I knew of this company from when I was younger and had previously took out a loan through them. I never paid it off. I called them anyway and Jose did everything in his power to help me. Not only did he have a way I could pay off my old balance but made it possible for me to leave with some money in my pocket as well. Even though my old account was as delinquent as it was, Jose didn't let that be the end of it. He explained how he understands people mature and that he's here to help me anyway he can. And he did just that! Helped me pay off my old balance, and secure a chance to build my credit for the future. Thank you! I appreciate your dedication and willingness to help your customers the best possible way you are able to. You went above and beyond to help me. Much appreciated!

The customer service is awesome! Nina is the one that handles mine and my girlfriends business and we both love her! Very friendly, personable and helpful. Explained everything perfectly and we’re always happy anytime we get to deal with her! This company is great and very helpful.

I’ve gotten two loans from them and each time it seemed quick, and friendly. After getting my second loan i notice one of the ladies attitude towards me was awful everytime i called or went in. used to recommend, i don’t now just because of how rude she is. Awful service.

This business is terrible anyone who reads these reviews please be careful before you go to this place, I went this year to get my taxes done by Maricela & she was great but ever since she left jn February the people that work there aren't helpful all they want is your money but when it comes to a question or concern you might have they blow you off and make you call the IRS instead of them taking the initiative to help especially if they were the ones that did the mistake. I worked in tax office for 4 years and I know a bit about taxes and these people that took over don't know anything and make you figure it out instead of solving there problem they created in the first place. Please think twice before going especially this new manager she's rude and doesn't even bother to help you at all....

I will never go back to them to get a loan ever again especially after the way I got treated today n plus they don't stick to there word ether I got a better place to go and they are more friendly then they are they lost mine n my husband's business n I won't recommend any one to go to them at all and I forgot to add that they pulled my Credit n after they did that she told me she couldn't give me the loan

He’s absolutely amazing and so kind and understanding.I am telling you, this was so easy and I had money within the hour!
